At Embrace Coffee, we take pride in creating high-quality products with care and attention to detail. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

Coffee Products
As coffee is a consumable product, we cannot offer returns or refunds for coffee beans due to personal taste preferences or change of mind.

However, if your coffee product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Merchandise:
For non-personalised items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Opened consumable products, including coffee beans, unless faulty or incorrect
